Behind the Songs : Randall Crawford - Baritone/Emcee for Kingsmen Quartet!

Hello everybody!

How's everyone doing?  We are doing pretty good!  Company just arrived so we have been pretty busy preparing for that, but I wanted to take a few minutes today and let you all learn a little bit about Randall Crawford and his favorite song!

Before we get started, here is a little bit about the Kingsmen Quartet... ""The key is to never lose sight of what we are working towards" says Ray Reese, Kingsmen manager and bass singer. "We tour year in and year out to spread our music to people across the country. Our music has a message, the message of Christ. Every night we work to bring His message to our audience. Our goal is to see people saved through Jesus Christ whether we're singing indoors, outdoors, in an auditorium, church or studio recordings ". Today the Kingsmen consist of 2008 hall of fame inductee, Ray Dean Reese, his son Brandon Reese, Randy Crawford, Bob Sellers, and Chris Jenkins."

image1.JPG1.  Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am Randall Crawford. I sing baritone and emcee for the Kingsmen Quartet. I have a beautiful wife named Caroline who runs her own business and boutique, and we have 4 children - Clayton 20, Cameron 17, and the twins Mitchell and Grace 11. As of June 2015 I will have been singing in the ministry for 20 years.
2.  What is your favorite song/s?
Favorite song right now is on our new project called Battle Cry. The name of the song is "Cross of Grace" written by Rebecca Peck.
3. Tell us the story behind your favorite song (why it is your favorite, why you love to sing it, etc.).
I am so thankful of the grace God has shown us through the offering of His Son Jesus. It's that grace, through our faith, that saves us. It's always there. It's never out of reach. God is never out of grace or forgiveness. And His mercy is new and fresh every morning. And I will be honest with you - I need it!"
So there you have it!  If you are interested in going to see the Kingsmen Quartet, check out their website and see when they'll be around you.  You can also Like them on Facebook to stay up to date on the group.    I am really enjoying getting to know a little bit more about artists and their favorite songs, and I hope you have too!  Randy - thank you so much for agreeing to this, and to all of our readers - thank you for taking the time to read our features.

Modesty ~
