#NQCSpringBreak2015 Part 1!

Hey Everybody!

This is Modesty, here to tell you a little bit more about NQC Spring Break.  For those that don't know, this was only the second year it has run, and our very first time!  Before you ask- yes, we enjoyed it soooo much!

First up on Saturday night were the Whisnants.  They started off amazing, and of course ended amazing! I really enjoy getting to hear this group the few times we get to see them throughout the year, and this night was no exception! :)

Next up was Triumphant Quartet -- one of our personal favorites, as well as friends!  Eric, Clayton, Scotty, Dave, and GW - their pianist - were great.  They sang several songs from their just released cd- Living in Harmony, as well as some of the old favorites.  Living in Harmony is such a catchy tune, and the words are great!

The next group on stage was Greater Vision!  Gerald, Chris, and Rodney are so friendly, and you can tell that they believe what they sing.  They really put their heart into it!  We really enjoy their singing, and it was a pleasure to get to see them again.

Modesty and Chris!

The last group that was there Thursday night was The Booth Brothers!  We were there at NQC when Paul joined/sang with the Booth Brothers, and it was a pleasure to get to meet him, as well as get to hear him (and the others) sing again.

Mercy and Michael!
As far as the event : the seating was well-situated - even from the back you had a good view of the artists on stage, there was a concession stand with water/coffee/cocoa/etc., there were screens of the groups and when they were singing, and there was always a staff member close by glad to help if the need arose.  Awesome job, NQC!

So, there you have it... the first night of #NQCSpringBreak2015 was definitely a success!  We enjoyed it so much.  I'll be back with Part 2 in a couple of days, so make sure you check back.
