Good evening, everyone!
The Carnival Paradise!
Modesty here to take a few minutes to tell you about the Singing at Sea 2016. The SAS2016 is now over, but it was definitely a memorable vacation that will not be forgotten. What's not to love about a five day southern gospel music cruise? Not much! It's almost impossible to describe just how much I enjoyed it, but I'll do my best. Just imagine five days of hearing your favorite music groups, having the opportunity to listen to good teaching everyday, eating more food than you can imagine, early morning "sunrise" devotions on deck, fun time spent doing any of the many activities on board, fellowship with other Christians, precious time spent with dear friends (even making new friends!), tons of photographic opportunities (okay, so this may mean more to some than it will to others), and so much more.
The Grand Finale!
By the time the waiters that have served you, entertained you, and gotten to know you all week long sing their "Farewell" song to you on the last night and you say your bittersweet goodbyes to everyone - you will have had such an amazing trip you won't want it to end. It was a truly wonderful time with many memories made.
It's definitely worth getting up early to see these beautiful sunrises!
Over the next few days we will both be sharing some of our favorite parts of the #SAS2016 (as well as many photos) so keep checking back for updates. Were any of our readers there? Tell us your favorite part and we'll share it!
